Natural "way" of attending

Natura is a major beauty and cosmetics brand, recognized worldwide. Its business model is very strong in the direct sales model and in the relationship with the consultant. School/SS99® was hired by the retail team to help expand from 13 to 300 stores in this channel, still very new for Natura. Our objective was to rescue the “Bem Estar Bem”, brand positioning, translating this truth into the design of the brand experience and the purchase journey of its consumer. In addition, we structured a project for training, recruiting and monitoring new employee profiles for the new stores.

"This project was very special because it showed an entire company that there is no point to have a beautiful store, with a charming design, if the people inside don't connect with the brand, or rather, if they don't live the " Bem Estar Bem.” Getting to know people in depth and knowing how to design a training, recruiting and monitoring project with the brand's values is today's branding work. Marketing is about lives. Knowing how to remunerate and how to evaluate within this brand culture, it brought us important challenges and lessons, especially in current management models.”
