My name is

A professional senior leader with board level experience, specialising in maximising the efficiency of operations and supporting volume growth. As Chief Operating Officer at hybrid branding agency Academy FW10 S/A, Simon applies the same laser-sharp precision needed to run the Data and Business Model Analytic Department at School/SS99 to his current role, helping new companies do business better.

Simon studied Business Management and Digital Marketing in Paris, skills he still uses in his day-to-day role. His specialisms in e-commerce and business strategy analysis are major assets at Academy/FW10 where they aim to build the brands of the future. He’s also expert at maximising the efficiency of operations and supporting volume growth. With his entrepreneurial mindset, he has an appetite for innovation and the desire and ability to constantly evolve and improve the way the business works.

He is a digital marketing specialist with a background in online retail, e-commerce and business strategy analysis, as well as experience in media planning, real time bidding and web analytics.

But Simon wasn’t always involved in transformational business strategies. 

 He gained his extraordinary focus and determination from his previous life as an elite cyclist in France which involved many dedicated hours outside battling the elements. 

Years of gruelling training instilled in him a deep connection with the outdoors, the natural world and the preservation of our planet. Following his retirement as a professional sportsman, there was a nine-year stint working for the French government as Purchasing Analyst working for the French Ministry of Health in Paris before moving to Brazil

At Academy FW10 S/A, Simon act as a senior business strategist with a background in leading data and business model analytics departments responsible for research, evaluation and implementation of new technology solutions

For Simon, not being tied to the daily challenges of an organization gives the service provider a cut lens of the problems, consequently, a cut solution will also be offered. So, it will be up to the team, which also has a cut vision, due to the departmentalized culture, to mend the large patchwork quilt generated. And for him this problem is classic, from centenary companies to StartUps.
